- CANCELLATION POLICY FOR TREATMENTS -
Any cancellations or changes to your appointment must be made AT LEAST 24HRS before your scheduled appointment. Please allow this time for us to make changes to the schedule and respect our other clients.
We value your time as well as that of our practitioners, a NO SHOW or a CANCELLED appointment without notice will be charged the FULL FEE.
Once you have received your 24hr email reminder it is too late to reschedule online.
We understand emergencies can happen, to re-arrange your appointment, please contact us on 07940719444.
Make sure you are booked in by checking you have received a confirmation email.
- CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CLASSES -
We understand that emergencies can happen. Out of respect for your instructor and other clients we ask that any cancellations or changes must be made AT LEAST 24HRS before your scheduled class. This allows us to operate a class swap system when needed.
In the event that you are unable to attend a session, a class swap can be arranged. This will only be permitted by prior arrangement with the studio and is subject to space available in the desired class.
There will be NO REFUND in case of no show or late cancellations.
Once you have received your 24hr email reminder it is too late to reschedule online and no refund for that session will be issue.
Any classes NOT paid for when Priority Booking ends will be forfeited and offered on a first come first served basis.
Drop In sessions will always be booked on a first come, first served basis.
Make sure you have booked into all your classes by checking you have received a confirmation email.
- CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PRIVATE SESSIONS (1:1 AND 2:1)-
Payment is taken at the time of booking via our booking system.
Any changes or cancellation for private session must be made AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR.
No refund will be issued for no shows or late cancellation.
Sessions are not transferrable to someone else.
Make sure you are booked in by checking you have received a confirmation email.
- CLASS PASS & VOUCHER -
Class passes are valid two months from date of purchase and can be used for all our Mat Pilates classes except workshops and courses. We cannot extend your pass unless due to serious illness or injury.
Remember to book your classes once you have bought your pass by using your unique code. Make sure you are booked in by checking you have received a confirmation email.
Gift vouchers for treatments are valid one year from date of purchase and are none refundable.
After placing your order, we will email out to you an e-voucher. You can forward it onto your loved one or print it out. Your loved one can then book online or over the phone and use it to "pay" for their treatment.
- PRIVACY & SECURITY POLICY -
Personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorised CORE MVMNT staff have access to this information.
CORE MVMNT will never sell trade, rent or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company or organisation.
CORE MVMNT does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen personal property. If you do become the victim of a theft, immediately report it to a CORE MVMNT staff member.

As with any exercise programme, if at any point during the class you begin to feel faint, dizzy or have any physical discomfort, you should stop immediately and seek medical advice.
During the process of booking, you are asked to fill in our New Client Pilates Form with your contact details and medical information. Please complete this form to the best of your knowledge and let us know if your situation changes, including injuries, illnesses and pregnancies. This helps us keep you safe as some classes are not suitable for people with pre-existing injuries and medical conditions as well as pregnant or recently post partum. Those classes include the Mat dynamic class, the Reformer Improver class and the Reformer Strength class.
If you are unsure if a class is suitable for your situation, please don’t hesitate to contact us for some advice and guidance.
Neither the company CORE MVMNT or any other party involved in producing or maintaining any content on the site shall be liable under any circumstances for any direct, incidental or consequential injuries arising from your access to or use of the site.

Complaints may be presented to the team member, at which time they will do their best to come to a solution that supports both sides.
