Wright acupuncture
Paul specialises in Japanese acupuncture, which uses a minimum amount of stimulation to achieve the greatest results. He couples this with a specific trigger point stimulation to effectively treat pain and musculoskeletal issues.

Gareth Toner
Gareth is a Biodynamic Craniosacral therapist and a Certified TRE Provider (Trauma Releasing Exercises)on a mission to help others "reconnect" with their bodies and overcome all sorts of challenges and disorders.

 Craniosacral therapy involves "skilled touch" and "listening" to the body's breathing in order to facilitate the regulation of the central nervous system. This, in turn, improves physical and emotional wellbeing, enabling individuals to centre themselves and cope with difficult situations.
